Sinners: Jobsworths, PRs who don’t read a request properly and then try to pass the buck when problems occur, PRs who don’t think it’s important to tell me that a case study they’re offering me has appeared several times before or is scheduled to appear at the same time as the feature I’m working on - that’s a major time-waster!!! People who try to pull rank or think they’re more important for no obvious reason, Snotty press officers for public/charitable organisations - being friendly doesn’t hurt!
