Saints this week: Efficient PRs who get the job done with a minimum of fuss, genuine friends I can rely on (you know who you are). Sinners this week: People who insist on having a phone chat about something basic that could be covered in a quick email, ‘friends’ who always say we must catch up soon and then are permanently busy - I wasn’t born yesterday! My former estate agent whose deposit refund cheque has gotten lost twice in the post, after weeks of chasing - and Emma, the rude little madam, and Philip, the henchman, who work there - two-faced tossers! PRs who think something will fit perfectly in a feature and then can’t name names - don’t suggest something that clearly doesn’t meet the criteria!
